In 2013, Sara Cloutier opened the doors to Rock Your Body in Fremont, NH. This mom of 5 had been teaching fitness classes in libraries, schools, rec centers, any place she could find. Losing over 140lbs herself, she knew people needed a place to have a fun, challenging, workout to support their own fitness journies.
Sara has been featured in media outlets such as People Magazine (JAN18), Good Morning America and Extra sharing her story to inspire others. Her goal is to help everyone live a happy, healthy life. Even a busy mom deserves 'me' time too! She also lead the ''Electric 11" and holds the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest fitness class of 39 hours and 40 mins!
In her spare time, Sara enjoys running, traveling with her family, and taking care of her new baby Harper.

Erica started off a member of RYB when it first opened it's doors in 2013. Within her first year there she lost over 40 pounds and in the following year became an instructor. She is a Group Exercise Certified instructor who holds certifications to in several class formats.
She was also one of the "Electric Eleven" who holds a Guinness Book World Record for the Longest Fitness class of 39 hours and 40 minutes.
This past year she also completed her very first marathon, with the Boston Marathon!
In her spare time she is avid traveler, exploring a new destination each year. She is also a dog lover fanatic and loves spending time with her rescue pup Pepper.
