Project ME is an 8 week challenge where results are not optional. Our coaches will work with you to define your goals, fine tune your nutrition, develop a training plan, and get your mind in the best shape of your life.

1. Purchase your Project Me challenge entry fee

Challenge entry fee includes:

Before/after photoshoot*

Weekly weigh-ins 

Mini makeover for after photos 

Accountability coach

2. Schedule your kick-off interview

Kick off interview includes:

Define your goals

Review your nutrition plan

Schedule your workouts and training sessions

Initial weight and measurements

Sign your Project Me I Will Not Quit contract

3. Prepare for your before pictures

All participants will be asked to wear a black shirt, tank or sports bra and black shorts or leggings. 

We will be capturing 3 poses - front, side, and back

Before pictures will be on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020 time TBD. 

4. Review add-on options prior to kick-off interview
