BOSU Blast utilizes a BOSU Ball for a variety of exercises to deliver a full body workout.

Hip Hop Cardio

Hip Hop Cardio blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow!

P90X Live is a total body, cardio and strength training class that uses body weight and dumbbells

Tabata

Tabata offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1.

Body Blast

Body Blast is a full body workout that involves cardio, resistance and core training.

The Cardio Party

The Cardio Party is one of our signature classes. We turn off the lights, turn up the music and make you forget you are working out.

Hiitstep

Hiistep is a 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a Step.
