KRANK is RYB's signature indoor cycling class where we love to KRANK IT UP as we pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Cycling shoes are not required

About Your Instructor


Sara is the founder of RYB and a lover of all things fitness. In 2011 she instructed her first group fitness classes and opened the doors to RYB just 2 years later. Sara's favorite workout is TurboKick and Cardio Party. Sara loves spending time with her family, watching HGTV, and true crime podcasts.
