RIPPED is a total body, high-intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen your core and other major muscles. R.I.P.P.E.D. combines the individual components that give the program its name: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet.

About Your Instructor


Sara is the founder of RYB and a lover of all things fitness. In 2011 she instructed her first group fitness classes and opened the doors to RYB just 2 years later. Sara's favorite workout is TurboKick and Cardio Party. Sara loves spending time with her family, watching HGTV, and true crime podcasts.
