Why are you closing?
RYB is moving to a virtual only format to best support the majority of our member base.
What happens to my membership?
Any member with an in-studio membership will have the option to cancel or convert their membership effective April 1st, 2021.
How do I change my membership?

Will you still have the same instructors?
Yes! Sara, Debbie, and Erica are excited to still deliver the same schedule and classes you love.
Will you still offer the same classes?
Yes! We will offer all of our current classes plus more on our virtual only gym.
What are you doing with the equipment?
All of the equipment will be sold. RYB members will have first option. See RYB Equipment Purchase for important dates and additional details
How much will the equipment cost?
Equipment is being priced below market value. See RYB Equipment Purchase for additional details.
What are you doing with the shelves, TVs, speakers, etc.?
Everything will be sold. RYB members will have first option to purchase. Please email if you are interested in non-fitness related furnishings.
What do I do if I have RYB equipment at my house?
If you are currently using RYB owned equipment, you have the option to purchase the equipment or return it to the studio by March 15th.
What do I do if I do not want an online membership and I am under a contract?
Members that are currently under contract and have an in-studio membership will have the option to cancel without penalty effective April 1st, 2021.
Can I get a refund if I paid for my membership past April 1st, 2020?
Yes, if you currently have a membership that includes in-studio access, you can get a refund for the unused portion or convert to an online membership.
What happens to unused personal training sessions?
Personal training credits will be converted to virtual training sessions. In some cases, the instructor can fulfill these sessions at your home. Virtual sessions can be booked on our app under appointments.
What can I do with gift cards?
Gift cards will still be valid towards RYB gear and online memberships.
What membership plans will RYB offer after March 30th?
RYB will offer an All Access Virtual Pass that includes full access to live online classes and pre-recorded classes.
After April 1st, do I still book classes through the app and Wellness Living site?
We are currently looking into other options for class bookings to better fit our new model. Please continue to use the app and website until we advise differently.
